Her name is Cleo Baxton, and she's nothing special, just a character.
She is part of the Chi Phi Argma (XOA).
She prefers to be left alone, and doesn't really take part in group events.
She is majoring in Creative Roaring.
Both her parents were great scarers and had paid for her college so she may study scaring, although she is lying to them and taking something she actually wants to do.
She can be quite frightening when provoked.
She gets annoyed by Johnny and his frat buddies.
